Karen became a professional full-time REALTOR in 1977 and has specialized in the La Cañada Flintridge community for her entire career. She has successfully completed hundreds of residential transactions ranging from starter homes to major estates, during all economic and financial cycles. HONORS AND AWARDS: Karen has consistently ranked among the top of the multi-million dollar sales achievers in the area. Although she has earned too many professional awards to list, she is proudest of the letters of thanks and testimonials from her many repeat customers. PERSONAL INFORMATION: San Francisco was Karen's home until she and her husband Tom moved to La Cañada over 50 years ago. Their children matured in the area, were active in sports programs, and
graduated from La Cañada schools. Karen and Tom have established a large and solid base of friends in the La Cañada community, many of which were originally clients. Karen's great and long-term insight regarding the community, residences, schools, and evolving trends become a distinct benefit to those who contact or work with her. MEMBERSHIP: Karen is a member of the Glendale Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She was an active member of the La Cañada Junior Woman's and the La Cañada Auxiliary of Professionals, serving in most positions including Chairman of both. She supports the La Cañada Chamber of Commerce and the La Cañada Tournament of Roses .
